Karnataka HC: State Cannot Exercise Power Under KIAD Act, 1956 Without Conforming to New Laws - 20.04.2017

Karnataka High Court has held that State Government can no longer exercise power under KIAD Act, 1966 without conforming to prerequisites as prescribed under Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (LARR) Act, 2013.
