Bombay High Court Says 'No' to Fresh FIR on Receipt of Subsequent Info in Respect of Same Incident - 20.04.2017

Bombay High Court has held that there cannot be a fresh FIR on receipt of every subsequent information in respect of same cognizable offence or same incident giving rise to one or more cognizable offences.
