CIC: Disclosure of IT Return Information Under RTI Invades Privacy of Assessee - 19.04.2017

Central Information Commission (CIC) has upheld an order rejecting an RTI application seeking details of income tax returns of a person on ground that disclosure would cause unwarranted invasion to privacy of assessee.
