Supreme Court Questions Army's Silence Over Rape, Murder Allegations During Insurgency in Manipur - 19.04.2017

Supreme Court has asked Army why it chose to maintain silence despite Commissions of Inquiry set up by Manipur Government over alleged rape and murder against its personnel in Manipur during insurgency.
