Bombay High Court Upholds POCSO Charges Against Director For Not Reporting Rape Case in to Police - 18.04.2017

Bombay High Court has upheld charges under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, against director of a trust operating an Ashramshala in Satara for not reporting a case of rape of a minor girl in school to police.
