Supreme Court Notices Centre Over Plea Against Pre-Censorship of Films - 18.04.2017

Supreme Court has sought a response from Centre on a petition moved by actor-director Amol Palekar, who has sought to reclaim “contours of individual freedoms” by taking away Censor Board’s authority of pre-censorship of films.
