Hyderabad High Court Stays Absorption of Associate Banks' Officers on SBI Merger - 17.04.2017

Hyderabad High Court, slamming brakes on State Bank of India (SBI)'s merger with five of its subsidiary banks and its 'hasty' efforts to assimilate officers through an options route, has directed SBI not to finalise or act on the options given by officers of subsidiary banks.
