Delhi HC: Projects in Vicinity of Airports in City Needs Global Aviation Body Clearance - 14.04.2017

Delhi HC has directed MoCA and AAI to refer to International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) case of three builders seeking an aeronautical survey to ascertain if proposed height of their projects in vicinity of Mumbai Airport, Juhu Airport and Santacruz Airport would risk aircraft movement.
