Supreme Court Says ‘Seniority’ Will Have To Give Way To ‘Eligibility’, If Promotion Rules Mandate So - 13.04.2017

Supreme Court has held that a senior will have to give way to eligible juniors if s/he is not otherwise eligible for consideration as per rules for promotion.
