Gujarat HC: State's Prohibition Policy Has Not Yielded 'Positive Results' - 12.04.2017

Gujarat High Court, while observing that State’s Liquor prohibition policy has not yielded “positive results”, has said that either it is not effective or something is wrong with implementation of law.
