Delhi HC Rejects AAP Govt Plea Seeking Contempt Proceeding Against ACB Chief - 12.04.2017

Delhi High Court has refused to entertain AAP Government’s Petition seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against Anti Corruption Branch (ACB) Chief M.K. Meena for allegedly disobeying Court’s order by removing an SHO of anti-graft body.
