Supreme Court Stays Uttarakhand High Court Order Banning Mining Activities - 11.04.2017

Supreme Court has stayed a March 28 order of Uttarakhand High Court, which had put a four-month ban on mining in State saying no fresh lease or prospective licence could be issued during this period.
