Supreme Court: Major Husband Can't Seek 'Annulment' Citing Wife's Minority During Marriage - 11.04.2017

Supreme Court has observed that a husband, who was major at time of marriage, cannot seek annulment of marriage with his wife on ground that she was minor at time of marriage.
