Supreme Court: Capital Punishment Breaches Reformative Theory of Punishment - 10.04.2017

Supreme Court, while commuting capital punishment awarded to a murder convict to life term, has noted that death penalty “somehow breaches reformative theory of punishment under criminal law”.
