SC to HCs: Appoint Special Prosecutors to Deal With Cases of Crime Against Children - 07.04.2017

Chief Justice of India has directed high courts to appoint special public prosecutors to deal with cases of crime against children and to create child friendly atmosphere for the victims under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act.
