Kerala High Court: No Relief for the Channel and its Employees - 05.04.2017

Kerala High Court has rejected a plea for an interim directive to the police not to arrest the employees of a Malayalam news channel against whom a case has been registered in connection with the airing of a sex tape involving former Transport Minister A.K. Saseendran.
