Patna High Court Seeks Chancellor’s Reply in VKSU VC Case - 04.08.2015

Patna High Court has sought the chancellor's reply regarding appointment of Veer Kunwar Singh University (VKSU) vice-chancellor. This was in response to the PIL filed by one Ram Tawakya Singh, who alleged that the appointment of VKSU VC did not conform to the rules as present VC did not have the academic qualifications required for holding the post in any university.
