Supreme Court Refuses to Expedite Hearing of PILs Against Tainted Politicians - 05.04.2017

Supreme Court while refusing to expedite hearing on PILs filed against tainted politicians has said that it was not possible to set up a Constitution bench in the near future on issues pertaining to politicians with criminal histories contesting elections.
