Bombay High Court: Harassment for Loan Repayment Amounts to Abetment of Suicide - 03.04.2017

Bombay High Court while rejecting discharge pleas of two money lenders has said that continuous verbal and physical abuse and repeated demand for the return of money amounts to abetment of suicide.
