SC Refers Triple Talaq Case to Constitutional Bench; Hearing to Begin from May 11 - 31.03.2017

Supreme Court has decided that a five-judge constitution bench will rule on the constitutional validity of the practice of triple talaq, 'nikah halala' and polygamy among Muslims. The hearing of same will begin from May 11.
