#OneNationOneTax: House of People Votes For ‘No Tax on Tax System’, Passes Historic GST Bills - 30.03.2017

Lok Sabha has showed a green light to Integrated GST, Central GST, Union Territory GST & Compensation Bill thereby clearing decks for the July 1 rollout of Goods and Services Tax (GST) that will subsume all Central and State taxes for a unified tax regime across the Country.
