Bombay HC: No Prosecution For Italian Man If He Brings Back Adopted Daughter - 28.03.2017

Bombay High Court has said that Italian man, who in breach of Court’s injunction order had run away with his seven-year-old adopted daughter, would not be prosecuted if he brings her back.
