Supreme Court Upholds Jail Term of Om Prakash Chautala, Son Ajay in Teachers’ Recruitment Scam - 04.08.2015

Supreme Court has upheld the 10 years’ jail terms of former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala and his son Ajay Chautala in the Teachers’ Recruitment Scam case stating that the Delhi High Court verdict was a “reasoned one” and there was no ground to interfere in it.
