LCI 267th Report: Panel Calls For Wider `Incitement' Definition to Curb 'Hate Speech' - 27.03.2017

Law Commission of India (LCI) in its 267th Report has recommended introducing more provisions in Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) for widening definition of "incitement of violence".
