Bombay HC: ‘Immediate Inducement’ Not Sine Qua Non For Prosecution in Matrimonial Suicide Cases - 27.03.2017

Bombay High Court has held that in cases of suicides resulting from matrimonial disputes or sustained torture, ‘immediate inducement’ cannot be considered a compulsory requirement to charge someone with abetment.
