Delhi HC Reserves Order on Swaraj India’s Plea on Denial of Common Symbol - 24.03.2017

Delhi High Court has reserved its order on a plea by activist-turned-politician Yogendra Yadav’s Swaraj India, challenging Delhi State Election Commission’s decision to not allot party a common symbol to contest upcoming municipal elections in Delhi.
