Bombay HC Asks State to Frame Rules on Settling Rape Cases Post Compensation - 24.03.2017

Bombay High Court has asked Maharashtra Government to consider framing rules to deal with cases of rape victims, after accepting compensation, settle the case with their rapists to drop criminal case.
