Delhi HC Notices Centre, AAP Over Transport of Cattle - 22.03.2017

Delhi High Court has sought replies from Central and AAP Government on a public interest litigation alleging that cattle meant for slaughter were subjected to cruelty as they were transported in overloaded trucks.
