Madhya Pradesh HC Observes ‘S. 91 CrPC Not An Alternate Remedy to Rights Under RTI’ - 21.03.2017

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that provision under Section 91 of Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C) “is not a substitute” or “an alternate remedy” for right under provisions of Right to Information Act that may or may not be available to accused.
