Madras HC: Appointment of Law Officers is Govt Prerogative, Courts Cannot Interfere - 17.03.2017

Madras High Court, while noting that appointment of law officers is in domain of State Government, and that Court cannot interfere in it, has disposed of two Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petitions moved to regulate their appointments.
