P & H High Court Seeks State’s Response Over Setting Up of Justice Dhingra Panel - 17.03.2017

Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed Haryana Government to file an affidavit explaining what material was there before Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar that led him to order constitution of Justice SN Dhingra Commission in May 2015.
