Delhi High Court: 2001 Amendment to NDPS Act Adopts Reformative Approach For Drug Addicts - 16.03.2017

Delhi High Court has observed that 2001 amendment to Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, has adopted a reformative approach towards addicts.
