Bombay High Court Issues Contempt Notice against Kolhapur Bar Association and Others - 17.09.2015

Bombay HC has issued criminal contempt notice against office-bearers of Bar Association of Kolhapur, Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri and Satara districts for taking out mock funeral procession of retired Chief Justice Mohit Shah and abstaining from work to press their demand for circuit bench there.
