Hyderabad High Court Notices Centre, State Over Talaq via Whatsapp - 15.03.2017

Hyderabad High Court has issued notices to Centre, State of Telangana and others to state their stand on a petition that challenged inaction of authorities when two non-resident Indian (NRI) men living in US divorced their wives by pronouncing talaq thrice through WhatsApp.
