Delhi High Court Stays 1984 Riots Case - 17.09.2015

Delhi High Court on allegations of misrepresentation of witness' statements and an appeal to transfer case filed by one of survivors of 1984 anti-sikh riots, has stayed the case which was being heard by a trials court.
