Rajya Sabha Passes Enemy Property (Amendment and Validation) Bill, 2016 - 14.03.2017

Rajya Sabha has passed Enemy Property (Amendment and Validation) Bill, 2016 that seeks to amend Enemy Property Act, 1968, to vest all rights, titles and interests over enemy property in custodian and declares transfer of property by enemy as void.
