SC Summons Top Cops of UP over UP Khap Diktat - 16.09.2015

Supreme Court has summoned top police officers of Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh where a 'khap' panchayat allegedly ordered two Dalit girls to be raped after their brother eloped with a Jat girl of a higher caste.
