Punjab and Haryana High Court: Insurance Benefits Cannot Be Denied on Mere Technicalities - 14.03.2017

Punjab and Haryana High Court, while coming to rescue of an illiterate woman who lost her 27-year-old son in a road mishap, has asserted that benefits of Rajiv Gandhi Parivar Bima Yojna should not be denied on basis of technicalities.
