Delhi High Court: Cable Operators Liable to Collect, Pay Entertainment Tax to Govt - 10.03.2017

Delhi High Court has held that multi-system operators and local cable operators distributing TV signals directly to subscribers are liable to collect and pay entertainment tax to Government.
