Allahabad HC Quashes Cabinet’s Move Quashing Interest Payable By Sugar Mill Owners to Farmers - 10.03.2017

Allahabad High Court has quashed a cabinet decision of October whereby interest to tune of Rs 2000 crore, payable by sugar mill owners to sugarcane farmers, was waived.
