NGT Issues Bailable Warrant Against MDA - 16.09.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued bailable warrant against Secretary of Meerut Development Authority (MDA) for failure of officials to appear before it and inform about status of unauthorised dairies running in Uttar Pradesh district.
