Gujarat High Court Notices State Over Plea For SIT Probe in Naliya Gang rape Case - 07.03.2017

Gujarat High Court has issued notice to State Government on a petition moved by Naliya gangrape victim, who has sought further investigation into her complaint by CID (Crime), CBI or by a Special Investigation Team (SIT), led by a woman police officer.
