Bombay High Court Seeks Detail Over Hazards to Nuclear Scientist - 06.03.2017

Bombay High Court has directed Department of Atomic Energy, Atomic Energy Commission and Atomic Energy Regulatory Board to file affidavits specifying steps taken in respect of health hazards, deaths, accidents, compensation to victims with respect to their deaths.
