Supreme Court Annuls BCI Order Capping Age Limit For Law Courses - 06.03.2017

Supreme Court has stayed an order issued by Bar Council of India (BCI) fixing an age limit of 45 years for three-year LLB degree courses and 22 years for five-year law courses.
