Delhi High Court Grants Two Days' Relief to Somnath Bharti - 16.09.2015

Delhi HC has directed Delhi Police to file status report by Thursday and not to take any "coercive step" against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Somnath Bharti till then, in furtherance of FIR lodged by his wife Lipika Mitra alleging charges of attempt to murder and domestic violence against him.
