Bombay High Court Directs BMC to Give Fair Hearing to Organizers of Power Boat Race - 03.03.2017

Bombay High Court has directed Brihanmumbai Municipal Council (BMC) to give a fair hearing to Procam International, organizer of powerboat race scheduled in city between March 3 and March 5, over construction of temporary structures along Marine Drive.
