Bombay HC Directs Ganesh Pandal Violators to Contribute to CM Relief Fund - 16.09.2015

Bombay HC has directed Ganesh pandal organisers, on Thane-Belapur Road to pay Rs 1 lakh by Wednesday to Chief Minister’s relief fund. The court imposed penalty as mandal had erected pandal without requisite permission. The court also directed them not to obstruct traffic and violate noise pollution rules.
