Supreme Court: Verify Educational Certificates of Law Grad Without Fee From BCI - 02.03.2017

Supreme Court has directed all Universities to verify educational certificates of law degree holders without charging a fee from Bar Council of India (BCI) or State Bar Councils in a move to check growing menace of fake degree holders being enrolled as advocates.
