Bombay High Court Questions Resurfacing Work on Lalbaug Flyover Without Pursuing Audit Report - 28.02.2017

Bombay High Court has questioned if Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) had applied its mind to ascertain if resurfacing work of Lalbaug flyover should continue in light of recommendations of audit report by experts pointing to “casual approach” of civic body in such matters.
