Bombay HC: Marathi Knowledge For Auto Permit As A Condition Precedent ‘Not Correct’ - 28.02.2017

Bombay High Court has said that State Government’s direction to make knowledge of Marathi language a pre-condition for all those applying for new auto-rickshaw permits was “prima facie not correct”.
